The first two weeks of May at the Lodge heavily featured the 2024 Lodge Championship Series on the tournament floor.

Sunday $15K Single Re-Entry Deep Stack (May 5)
Sunday’s weekly $15K Guaranteed Deep Stack saw 112 players compete for a $22,848 prize pool.
Matthew McDowell (1st – $6,778) finished as the outright winner in the tournament.
Other top finishers included Howard Hammerbeck (2nd – $4,203), Auston Amoroso (3rd – $2,960) and Brian Thomas (4th – $2,147).
Monday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (April 29)
The Monday Bounty event drew 51 players, and played to a heads-up chop.
Shyenne Valenzuela and Ronald Sax each took home $790 per the terms of the deal.
$5K Guaranteed LCS Freezeout (April 29)
The first of several LCS Freezeout special tournaments ran on April 29. The event drew 62 players for a $9,920 prize pool.
Mike Davis and Jon Good chopped up the top two payout spots for $2,751 each.
Nathaniel Klaer finished third for $1,390.
Wednesday $5K Guaranteed PLO Texas Freeroll (May 1)
The Wednesday Texas PLO Freeroll drew 55 entries, and played to a seven-way ICM chop.
The top finishers included Mark Bernstein (1st – $1,459), Chandler Boling (2nd – $1,081), and Mike Sawchuk (3rd – $1,061).
Friday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (May 3)
Friday’s weekly $2K Guaranteed Bounty event saw 35 players compete. The tournament played to a three-way ICM chop.
Payton Kelly (1st – $629), Pablo Ramirez (2nd – $492) and Aaron Sceales (3rd – $486) took down th top three payout spots.
$5K Guaranteed LCS Freezeout (May 5)
The May 5 LCS Freezeout played to an outright winner, with Daniel Chan (1st – $3,020) taking down first place.
Dustin Doege (2nd – $1,760) finished as the runner-up.
$5K Guaranteed LCS Freezeout (May 6)
The May 6 LCS Freezeout played to a heads-up ICM deal.
Juan Rodriguez (1st – $2,965) and Peter Clive (2nd – $1,760) took the top two payout spots.
Monday $3.5K Guaranteed Big-O (May 6)
The Monday Big-O ended with a three-way ICM deal.
The top finishers included Steven Alvarez (1st – $1,724), Diego Diaz (2nd – $1,455) and Daniel Marin (3rd – $1,297).
Monday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (May 6)
The Monday Bounty played to a heads-up ICM deal.
Eric Brown (1st – $1,000) and Scott Niemann (2nd – $703) took the top two payout spots.
Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll (May 7)
The Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll played down to a three-way ICM chop.
Thuy Nguyen (1st – $6,370) took down the lion’s share of the prize money per the terms of the deal.
Other top finishers included J. Chawla (2nd – $5,612), Bradford Gibson (3rd – $5,418) and Michael Gibson (4th – $2,800).
Thursday $1K Guaranteed NLH (May 9)
The Thursday $1K Guaranteed NLH finished with a seven-way ICM deal.
John Shepard (1st – $828) came away with the first-place prize money, with Tim Lownsdale (2nd – $639) finishing runner-up.
Friday $4K Guaranteed Freezeout (May 10)
Friday’s $4K Guaranteed Freezeout drew 94 players, and ended in a five-way ICM deal.
The big winners included Fred Woodward (1st – $1,730), Jacob Stein (2nd – $1,419), and Zachary Schmidt (3rd – $1,336).
