Job Summary: We are seeking someone who is dedicated and detail-oriented to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our poker room and restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance:

· Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the poker room, dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.

· Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces.

· Empty trash bins and replace liners.

· Clean and restock restrooms with necessary supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).

· Buss/return plates, empty glasses and silverware to bar and restaurant.

· Pick up empty racks and return to the front end.

· Maintain outdoor patio is clean.

· Perform routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair.

Special Projects:

· Assist with deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor waxing.

· Support kitchen staff with cleaning tasks during peak hours.

Safety and Compliance:

· Follow all health and safety regulations.

· Handle cleaning chemicals safely and ensure proper storage.

· Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Customer Service:

· Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.

· Respond promptly to any cleaning requests from staff or members.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a custodian or in a similar role.

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

· Integrity and ability to work independently.

Working Conditions:

· Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

· Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
