Who Won At The Lodge from Jan. 30-Feb. 5?

Eric Tang had quite a week of tournament success at the Lodge. Tang took outright wins in the two biggest prize pool tournament of the week, winning both the Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll and the Sunday $15K Guaranteed Deepstack Freezeout.

 

Tang’s run was one for the record books, but he wasn’t the only big winner at the Lodge this week. Let’s take a look at the results from the best weekly poker tournament schedule in Texas for Jan. 30-Feb. 5:

 

Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll (Jan. 31)

A total of 102 players came out for the $15K Guaranteed Freeroll, creating a 15,700 prize pool.

 

Eric Tang took the outright win, cashing for $4,709 in the victory. Other top finishers included Alan Tran (2nd – $2,920), James Sombathy (3rd – $2,057), and Terry Morales (4th – $1,492)

Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll (Jan. 31)

Sunday $15K Guaranteed Deep Stack Freezeout (Feb. 5)

Eric Tang made it 2-for-2 in terms of outright wins in the biggest tournaments of the week at the Lodge. Tang scored $7,488 for the victory in the Sunday $15K Guaranteed Freezeout.

 

Tang topped a field of 120 entries, taking the winner’s share of a $24,960 prize pool.

 

Other top finishers included Cameron Mixson (2nd – $4,643), Jesse Molina (3rd – $3,270) and Jared Wolfe (4th – $2,371)

Sunday $15K Guaranteed Deep Stack Freezeout (Feb. 5)

Thursday $7.5K Guaranteed “The Dirty Thirty Freeroll” (Feb. 2)

The Thursday “Dirty Thirty” Freeroll ended in a six-way ICM chop. Danny Chang (1st – $2,109), Terrance Sanders (2nd – $2,103), and Russell Garcia (3rd – $1,761) finished as the top three.

 

Other players making it to the six-way deal included Andrew Robinson (4th – $1,740), Steve Roeder (5th – $1,576) and Robert Rough (6th – $1,495).

 

The event drew 99 players, for a $12,900 prize pool.

Thursday $7.5K Guaranteed “The Dirty Thirty Freeroll” (Feb. 2)

Friday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (Feb. 3)

The Friday $2,000 Guaranteed Bounty event saw 49 entries register, with the final three remaining agreeing to an ICM chop.

Chester Williams (1st – $835), Joshua Lien (2nd – $699) and Rahul Ramachandran (3rd – $457) were the top three finishers.

Friday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (Feb. 3)

Friday $4K Guaranteed Freezeout (Feb. 3)

The Friday $4K Freezeout drew 107 players, with the final three agreeing to an ICM deal.

 

Ruth Hall (1st – $2,500), Christopher Gerren (2nd – $2,032) and Mark Martin (3rd – $1,674) were the big winners.

Saturday NLH Deepstack (Feb. 4)

The Feb. 4 NLH Deepstack event saw 65 entries register, creating a prize pool of $4,940.

 

Jake Katzmarek took down the tournament outright, winning $1,660 in the victory.

$10K Quarterly Pot-Limit Omaha (Feb. 4)

The Quarterly PLO event drew 83 players, and played to an outright champion. Daniel Marin came away with the tournament trophy and the first-place prize of $4,724.

 

Other top finishers included Joseph Gargiulo (2nd – $3,918), Matthew Rainey (3rd – $2,382) and Scott Wylie (4th – $2,044)

$10K Quarterly Pot-Limit Omaha (Feb. 4)

Saturday $4K Guaranteed Bounty (Feb. 4)

The Saturday $4K Bounty ended in a five-way ICM deal.

 

The big winners included Michael James (1st – $1,680), David Sahim (2nd – $1,396), Adam Hamlin (3rd – $1,205), Reddy Harshavardhan (4th – $1,006) and Joy Meek (5th – $942).

 

The tournament drew 78 runners, creating a $7,410 prize pool. 

Saturday $4K Guaranteed Bounty (Feb. 4)

The $1K Survivor (Feb. 5)

Seth Schueler was the last player standing in the $1,000 buy-in Survivor, winning $5,680 in the process.

 

Robert Paape and Bala Talasila split the second-place share, with each taking home $2,500. The special event drew 12 players for a $12,000 prize pool.
