Who Won At The Lodge from Dec. 26-Jan. 1?

The Lodge ended the year with one last special tournament series, aptly names the Last Poker Series of 2022.

 

LPS 2022 featured a $50K Guarateed Six-Max NLH tournament as it’s main event, with Ahir Chatterjee taking down the win for a neaerly $30K payout.

 

Let’s take a look at the big winners from Dec. 26 through Jan. 1 at the Lodge, including regularly-scheduled weekly tournaments and the LPS 2022 series:

LPS 2022 $50K Guaranteed Six-Max NLH Freezeout (Dec. 30)

The centerpiece event in the Last Poker Series of 2022 nearly doubled the $50,000 guarantee. A total of 111 entrants pushed the final prize pool to $98,790.

 

Ahir Chatterjee topped all competitors in the event, going away with a $29,636 payday.

 

Other top finishers included Andrew Tran (2nd – $18,375), Eric Tang (3rd – $12,941), Josh Beckenstein (4th – $9,385) and Dennis Brand (5th – $6,915).

LPS 2022 $50K Guaranteed Six-Max NLH Freezeout (Dec. 30)

Monday $3.5K Guaranteed Big-O (Dec. 27)

Monday’s weekly Big-O event ended in a four-way deal at the final table.

 

The big winners included Robert Rough (1st – $1,318), Lance Cummings (2nd – $952), Kenneth Flippin (3rd – $754) and Jeffrey Hood (4th – $696).

 

The Monday Big-O saw 61 players register, creating a $4,738 prize pool.

Monday $3.5K Guaranteed Big-O (Dec. 27)

LPS 2022 $15K Black Chip Bounty (Dec. 27)

The $15K Black Chip Bounty event from LPS 2022 saw a $25,688 prize pool, along with an additional $16,900 in bounties.

 

Robert French took down the win for $5,362. Forrest Collins took the runner-up spot and cashed in for a $4,733 payday.

Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll (Dec. 27)

The Tuesday $15K Freeroll saw 132 players register, creating a prize pool of $17,360,

 

The tournament ended in an eight-way ICM deal, with the final eight including Brian Thomas (1st – $2,879), Joshua Hogan (2nd – $2,666), Alessandro Bertoncini (3rd – $2,300) and Siddhartha Khodour (4th – $2,227).

 

Rounding out the top eight were Charles Mahata (5th – $1,778), Charles Moore (6th – $1,495), Robert Harrison (7th – $992) and Jose Martinex (8th – $816).

Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll (Dec. 27)

Wednesday $1K Guaranteed Freezeout (Dec. 28)

The Wednesday $1,000 Guaranteed Freezeout finished in a five-way chop.

 

That list of winners included Charles Wood (1st – $526), Eric Brown (2nd – $489), A. Bounleuttay (3rd – $485), Lisa Buck (4th – $469) and Krishan Bhattacharya (5th – $387).

Wednesday $1K Guaranteed Freezeout (Dec. 28)

Wednesday $4K Guaranteed PLO Freeroll (Dec. 28)

The Dec. 28 edition of the Wednesday PLO Freeroll saw 51 entries, with the prize pool finishing at $6,460.

 

The event ended in a four-way ICM chop, with the top four including Jose Martinez (1st – $1,799), Ethan Brun (2nd – $1,497), Tung Tran (3rd – $1,308) and Michael Largent (4th – $839).

Wednesday $4K Guaranteed PLO Freeroll (Dec. 28)

LPS 2022 $15K Pot-Limit Omaha (Dec. 28)

The Last Poker Series $15K PLO event ended with Susan Deely taking the outright victory and the spot in the winner’s photo. Deely took home $7,350 for the win.

 

Other top finishers included Michael Reisman (2nd – $6,367), Don Icawat (3rd – $3,697), and Alexander Suprun (4th – $2,681).

LPS 2022 $15K Pot-Limit Omaha (Dec. 28)

LPS 2022 NLH Survivor (Dec. 29)

The LPS 2022 Survivor event ended with a nine players taking home $4,250 each.

 

That list of champions included Ronald Kim, Kenneth Glaser, Jonathan Dull, Thomas McGaffigan, and Stephen Dees.

 

Also bagging $4,250 were Michael Reed, Cody Culp, Mahesh Rathi, and Andrew Tran.

LPS 2022 NLH Survivor (Dec. 29)

Thursday $7.5K “Dirty Thirty” Freeroll (Dec. 29)

The weekly Dirty Thirty drew 74 players, with $8,790 awarded. The tournament ended with the final nine players agreeing to an ICM deal.

At the top of that list were Daniel Davis (1st – $1,950), Arturo Lopez (2nd – $1,214) and Lance Cummings (3rd – $1,104).

Thursday $7.5K “Dirty Thirty” Freeroll (Dec. 29)

Friday $2K Guaranteed Freezeout (Dec. 30)

The weekly $2K Friday Freezeout saw 44 entrants and a $3,344 prize pool.

 

The tournament ended in a three-way ICM deal, with the winners including Michael Hoffman (1st – $1,092), Lance Kitrell (2nd – $880) and Gerald Lewis (3rd – $721).

Friday $2K Guaranteed Freezeout (Dec. 30)

Friday $4K Guaranteed Freezeout (Dec. 30)

The nightly version of the Friday Freezeout saw 80 players enter, with a prize pool of $7,520.

 

The tournament ended in a six-way ICM chop, with winners including Zachariah Barger (1st – $1,779), William Cox (2nd – $1,319), Clifton Ulen (3rd – $1,205), Wayne Xia (4th – $997), Cameron Daniel (5th – $738) and Marcus Hull (6th – $726).

Friday $2K Guaranteed Freezeout (Dec. 30)

Saturday $4K Guaranteed Bounty (Dec. 31)

Saturday’s $4,000 guaranteed bounty event finished with a six-way chop.

 

Among the winners were Matthew Aubry (1st – $1,195), Michael Anthony (2nd – $948), and Alan Tran (3rd – $829).

Sunday Daily Kickoff (Jan. 1)

The Lodge introduced a new tournament, the “Daily Kickoff,” for it’s 2023 schedule.

 

Caleb Joy took down the inaugural edition of the event for a $328 score.

Sunday $15K Guaranteed Deep Stack Freezeout (Jan. 1)

The first Sunday $15K Freezeout of 2023 saw 88 players register, creating an $18,304 prize pool.

 

The final four players agreed to an ICM deal. That list included Mahesh Rathi (1st – $4,367), Edward Soto (2nd – $4,262), Vincente Anchondo (3rd – $2,960) and Gil Yaakovi (4th – $2,078).

Sunday $1K Guaranteed Freezeout (Jan. 1)

The Sunday $1K Freezeout saw a heads-up chop to finish the tournament.

 

Susa Roberts (1st – $1,279) and Yolanda Davis-Gavin (2nd – $1,030) took the honors of finishing in the top two spots.
