1. Bad Beat Structure

• Starting Bad Beat Prize: $25,000
• Daily Increase: $1,000
• The bad beat prize will increase by $1,000 each day at 12:00 PM (noon) local time if not previously awarded.
• Once awarded, the bad beat will reset to $25,000 unless otherwise announced.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify the daily increase amount with notice posted at The Lodge.

2. Eligible Games

The Bad Beat is eligible in:

• No Limit Texas Hold’em
• Pot Limit Omaha (PLO 4-card)

Additionally:

• This promotion is for cash games only
• In the event there are multiple boards runout, the 1st board will count towards the bad beat

3. General Qualification Requirements

To qualify for the bad beat:

• Players must have a valid and verified ClubWPT Gold account prior to the bad beat hand being dealt. (ClubWPT Gold is currently only available to citizens of USA and Canada)
• An account is considered verified once the Know Your Customer (KYC) portion of the registration process has been completed. This includes uploading a valid government-issued state ID through the platform. If you need assistance at any stage of the verification process, Lodge staff will be available to help.
• In the event a player is dealt in and would normally receive a share of the winnings but does not have a ClubWPT Gold account, they will be ineligible to win a prize. All other players dealt in the hand would receive the applicable prize, provided they have a ClubWPT Gold account.
• In the event a “player’s share” winner is deemed ineligible, their prize would be forfeit, and the funds designated for them would not be added to the pool to increase the player’s share.
• The hand must reach a legitimate showdown.
• All cards must be tabled and clearly readable.
• All players must be in good standing and comply with house rules.
• Management verification is required before payout.
• Any evidence of collusion, soft play, chip dumping, or rule violations will result in disqualification.

Management’s decision is final.

4. Hold’em Qualification Rules

For No Limit Texas Hold’em:

• The losing hand must be Quad 5s (Four of a Kind, Fives) or better.
• Both players must use both hole cards to make their final five-card poker hand.

Example: A player holding 5♠ 5♦ must use both hole cards to qualify.

5. PLO Qualification Rules

For Pot Limit Omaha (PLO):

• The losing and winning hand must be a flopped straight flush.
• The straight flush must be beaten by a higher qualifying hand.
• Players must use exactly two (2) hole cards and three (3) community cards, in accordance with standard PLO rules.

Only straight flushes made on the flop qualify as the minimum hand in PLO games.

6. Payout Distribution

Upon a verified qualifying hand:

• 40% of the bad beat prize will be awarded to the losing hand.
• 20% will be awarded to the winning hand.
• 40% will be distributed evenly among the remaining players dealt into the hand at that table.

ClubWPT Gold Distribution Component

For players sharing in the 40% table distribution:

• 50% of each individual share will be paid in cash at The Lodge.
• 50% of each individual share will be issued as funds or credits on ClubWPT Gold.

Players must already have (before the time of winning) a verified ClubWPT Gold account to receive the online portion. Online funds are subject to ClubWPT Gold platform terms and redemption policies.

7. Payment & Verification

• All qualifying hands are subject to full review.
• Identity verification may be required.
• Cash payouts will be made at the Lodge within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
• ClubWPT Gold funds will be credited within a commercially reasonable timeframe after approval.

8. Disqualification & Integrity

The Lodge and ClubWPT Gold reserve the right to:

• Disqualify any hand deemed improper.
• Withhold or void payouts in cases of suspected misconduct.
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at their discretion.
