20 MINUTE BLIND LEVELS 

1. TDA rules apply to all poker tournaments at The Lodge Card Club.  
2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate. 
3. Twelve (12) minute break at the completion of every two (2) hours of play.  
4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change the tournament.  
5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners. 
6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).  
7. For the $50 buy-in, players start with 20,000 in chips. Each level is 20 minutes. 
8. $34 of the $50 buy-in will be withheld for the total prize pool. $16 of $50 Buy-In will be withheld as fees. 
9. During the registration period if a player is at 20,000 chips or lower, they can rebuy for $50 and receive 20,000 in chips 
10. At the break a player can use a single addon of 20,000 chips for $50 or a double addon of 40,000 chips for $100.  
11. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will be having to be made in cash. 
12. Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the seventh (7) level.  
13. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.  
14. A total prize pool of $10,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club.  
15. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.

7. $300 Buy-In start with 30,000 in chips. Each Day 1 level is 30 minutes. Each Day 2 level is 40 minutes
8. $52 of $300 Buy-In will be withheld for Entry Fee. $148 of the $300 Buy-In will be withheld for the Main Prize Pool. $100 of the $300 Buy-in will be withheld for the Bounty Prize Pool.
9. Day 1 Flights will conclude, and players will bag based on Lodge Card Club standard payout structure. 
10. Day 2 will begin at the beginning of the lowest level played.
11. All players that make Day 2 will be in the money.
12. There will be no bounties awarded on Day 1.
13. All players that make Day 2 will be considered Mystery Bounty eligible
14. Mystery Bounty prizes will vary in value from $200 to $20,000 and may include the following prizes

15. On Day 2 when a player eliminates a player they will receive a “Bounty” chip. 
16. At anytime during Day 2 of the tournament, but no later than 30 minutes after completion of the tournament, the player can draw from the tumbler a “Bounty” envelope.
17. The “Bounty” envelope will contain the amount of the “Bounty” prize won from the Bounty Prize Pool.
18. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players are responsible for all fees related to any tournament at The Lodge Card Club.
19. Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the nineth (9) level. 
20. Players may bag multiple Day 1 flights. Players will carry their highest value bag forward to Day 2.
21. The tournament Prize Pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament Players still involved in the tournament. 
22. A total Prize Pool of $250,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club. 
23. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.

9. At any time during registration a player can use a single addon of 100,000 chips for $100. 
10. If a player has used their addon and has lost all their chips they can re-enter as a new player.

6. For the $300 buy-in, players will start with 30,000 in chips. Each level is 20 minutes. 
7. $52 of $300 buy-in will be withheld for entry fee and staffing fee. $148 of the $300 buy-in will be held for the prize pool. $100 of the $300 buy-in will be held for the bounty pool.  
8. Each player will begin with four (4) $25 bounty chips. 
9. When a player is at risk of being eliminated all their bounty chips must be placed in the pot. 
10. When a player is eliminated, 50% of their current bounty chips in play will be added to the stack of the player that eliminated them and the other 50% will be paid out immediately. 
11. Any odd chips will be paid out. Example: a player being eliminated has 7 chips, 4 will be paid out and 3 will be added to a stack. 
12. Late entry and re-entry will be allowed until the beginning of the tenth (10) level.  
13. In the event a player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and any odd value must be made up in cash.
