Job Title: Line Cook
Location: Lodge Card Club, San Antonio, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

· Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.

· Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

· Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

· Follow portion control and plating presentation guidelines.

· Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Strong teamwork and communication skills.

· Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

· Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen leadership.
