  1. TDA rules apply to all The Lodge Card Club poker tournaments.
  2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate.
  3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of every four (4) levels.
  4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change the tournament.
  5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners.
  6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).
  7. Players start with 30,000 in chips. Day 1 flights 1-4 will be 30-minute levels. Flight 5 will be 15-minute levels. Each Day 2 level is 40 minutes
  8. $52 of the $300 buy-in will be withheld for the entry fee. $248 of the $300 buy-in will be added to the total prize pool.
  9. In the event a player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and any odd value must be made up in cash.
  10. Late entry and reentry will be allowed until the beginning of the ninth (9) level.
  11. Day 1 flight payouts will start when 12% of the starting field has been reached and will be the following structure:
    1. 12%-11% = $400
    2. 10%-9% = $500
  1. Day 1 flights will conclude when 8% of the starting field is reached.
  2. All players that reach Day 2 will be in the money. Day 2 will start at 1:15pm
  3. Day 2 payouts will be based on the remaining prize pool collected after Day 1 payouts and double bag bonuses.
  4. Players may bag multiple Day 1 flights. Players will carry their highest value bag forward to Day 2.
  5. For every additional bag that a player achieves for a Day 1 flight that is not carried forward the player will be paid $600 from the overall prize pool.
  6. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.
  7. A total prize pool of $100,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Poker Club.
  8. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.

TOURNAMENT RULES

Cancellation/Modification Policy for Tournaments

1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather, management may modify or cancel any scheduled poker tournament (including those with guarantees).

2. In the event a tournament has 0 registrants at the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

3. In the event a tournament has fewer than 4 players 15 minutes after the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

LIVE STREAM NOTICE

All tournaments at Lodge Card Club are subject to being broadcast on the live stream.

No electronics are permitted in the studio without explicit permission from the tournament director or the producer. This includes but is not limited to: cellular phones, headphones, earbuds, and smart watches.

Personal effects for the players on the livestream should be stored in the personal lockers available.
