The final week of September saw the return of the $40K Guaranteed Art of Poker event at the Lodge Round Rock.
The winner of that tournament, Jordan Mandel, went home with the Lodge’s biggest tournament prize awarded this week.

$40K Guaranteed “The Art of Poker” (September 28)
The $40K Guaranteed “Art of Poker” special event returned to the Lodge Round Rock on September 28. The latest edition of the tournament drew 282 entries and a $57,528 prize pool.
The tournament played to a six-way ICM deal. Jordan Mandel (1st – $9,227) topped the field for the first-place share of the chop.
Other top finishers included Gregory Shain (2nd – $6,902), Johnny Ormand (3rd – $6,581), Rupinder Cheema (4th – $5,249), Kenneth Shapiro (5th – $5,249) and O. Scattaglia (6th – $4,468).
Sunday $15K Single Re-Entry Deep Stack (September 29)
The Sunday $15K Guaranteed Deep Stack saw 106 players compete for $21,624 in prize money. The tournament played to a three-way ICM chop.
The top three included Scott Haire (1st – $5,249), Thien Nguyen (2nd – $4,047), and John Williams (3rd – $2,865).
Monday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (September 23)
The Monday $2K Bounty event played to an outright winner, with Scott Niemann (1st – $1,021) taking home the first-place prize.
Eldon Jensen (2nd – $592) finished second.
Monday $3.5K Guaranteed Big-O (September 23)
The Monday Big-O ended in a seven-way ICM deal.
Nguyen (1st – $1,048) took the top spot on the payout ladder. Other top finishers included E. Valenzuela (2nd – $825), D. Thomas (3rd – $768), and Lee Webb (4th – $763).
Tuesday $1K Guaranteed Freezeout (September 24)
The Tuesday $1K Guaranteed NLH played to a four-way ICM deal.
Esteban Vela (1st – $1,000) took down the biggest share of the prize pool, followed by Steven Ward (2nd – $424..
Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll (September 24)
The Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll drew 157 players and played to a three-way ICM deal.
Andrew Timm (1st – $4,701) won the first-place prize money, followed by John Ramos (2nd – $3,950) and B. Cammack (3rd – $3,062).
Wednesday $1K Guaranteed Freezeout (September 25)
The Wednesday $1K Guaranteed Freezeout played to an outright winner.
The top three included Dennis Marek (1st – $1,248), Kevin Marek (2nd – $717), and Stephen Swney (3rd – $425).
Friday $4K Guaranteed Freezeout (September 27)
Friday’s $4K Guaranteed Freezeout drew 94 players and played to an outright winner.
The top finishers included Daniel Ruz (1st – $2,593), Alex Goya (2nd – $1,609), Mungil Cha (3rd – $1,133), and Esteban Vela (4th – $822).
