Who Won At The Lodge from July 3-9?

The first full week of July tournament action at the Lodge saw two big events headline the schedule.

The $30K Guaranteed “Big One Re-Entry” sent two players home with $10K-plus paydays, while a special charity edition of the “Dirty Thirty” Freeroll more than doubled the guaranteed prize pool.

Let’s take a look at the week that was at the Lodge for July 3-9:

$30K Guaranteed “The Big One Re-Entry” (July 8)

July 8 brought the return of the “Big One Re-Entry’ event, and as always the tournament was truly one of the biggest on the Lodge schedule this week. 

A total of 195 entries registered, with the top two players each taking home five-figure prizes.

Andy Latt got the outright win, earning $16,250. Richard Kypuros (2nd – $10,374), Bryson Byrd (3rd – $6,817), Andrew Kogler (4th – $4,565) and Joshua Hogan (5th – $3,290) rounded out the top five.

Monday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (July 3)

The latest edition of the Monday $2K Guaranteed Bounty drew 73 players, and ended in a four-way ICM chop.

The top four included Eric Brown (1st – $773), Shu Wei (2nd – $750), Pejman Dargahi (3rd – $723) and Jason Aguilar (4th – $681).

Wednesday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (July 5)

The Wednesday Bounty drew 44 runners, and ended with an outright winner.

Shu Wei topped the field, earning the $954 first-place prize. Mark Tibbs finished runner-up for $561.

Wednesday $5K Guaranteed PLO Freeroll (July 5)

The Wednesday PLO Freeroll paid seven places, and those seven players agreed to chop it up ICM-style.

The final seven included Mahesh Rahti (1st – $1,155), Dean Joe (2nd – $965), Timothy Horrigan (3rd – $945), and Gopal Pathak (4th – $941).

Rounding out the tournament winners were Samuel Creasy (5th – $711), David Sahim (6th – $620) and Jacoby Johnson (7th – $503).

Wednesday $5K Guaranteed PLO Freeroll (July 5)

Thursday $1K Guaranteed NLH (July 6)

The Thursday $1K Guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em event ended in an outright winner.

Clyde Little took the victory, securing $883 for the win. Steven Ward finished second for $600.

Thursday $7.5K Guaranteed “The Dirty Thirty Freeroll” (July 7)

This week’s “Dirty Thirty” Freeroll ran doubled as a charity event for CPATH Texas, and drew an amazing turnout.

A total of 137 entries came out for the event, creating a $15,420 prize pool. The final six players agreed to an ICM deal.

The winner’s list included Cody Culp (1st – $2,686), H. Parasuram (2nd – $2,298), Christopher Brady (3rd – $2,045), Mirza Nagji (4th – $1,974), Shawn Warzeka (5th – $1,821) and Derrick Clinton (6th – $1,693).

Thursday $7.5K Guaranteed “The Dirty Thirty Freeroll” (July 7)

Friday $4K Guaranteed Freezeout (July 7)

Friday’s $4K Guaranteed Freezeout saw 120 players register, and the final six agree to an ICM chop.

Paul Muscato took the lion’s share of the prize money, earning $2,114 for the first-place spot.

Also in the top six were Yolanda Davis-Gavin (2nd – $1,635), Bob Carl (3rd – $1,570), Arturo Lopez (4th – $1,533), Jose Alicea (5th – $1,428), and Quang Nguyen (6th – $1,150).

Friday $4K Guaranteed Freezeout (July 7)

Saturday $4K Guaranteed Bounty (July 7)

The Saturday night bounty drew 70 players, and the tournament ended in a four-way ICM deal.

The top four included Tu Dinh (1st – $1,439), Thomas Romero (2nd – $1,350), Jose Alicea (3rd – ($1,282), and Steven Reedy (4th – $1,240).

Saturday $4K Guaranteed Bounty (July 7)

Sunday Big Bet Bounty NLH/PLO (July 8)

The Sunday mixed NLH/PLO Bounty drew 56 players. The final four of those players agreed to an ICM deal.

Seth Greenwald topped the the list, taking home $1,000 for a first-place finish.
