Another week, another slate of tournament action from the Lodge Card Club in Round Rock, TX.
The pair of weekly $15K Guaranteed events resulted in the biggest winners, with plenty of the club’s familiar faces taking home sizable cash prizes.
Here’s a look at the week’s action from October 16-22:
Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll (October 17)
The Tuesday $15K Guaranteed Freeroll saw 149 entries compete, and the final six players agreed to an ICM deal.
Kevin Long (1st – $4,538) topped the payout ladder and took home the biggest share of the prize money.
Other top finishers included Naveen Basavarajappa (2nd – $3,511), Andrew Stock (3rd – $2,897) Nicholas Tanner (4th – $2,400), Roger Franco (5th -$2,093) and Adam Garcia (6th – $2,059).
Sunday $15K Single Re-Entry Deep Stack (October 22)
Sunday’s weekly $15K Guaranteed Deep Stack drew 82 players and a $17,056 prize pool. The final two players agreed to an ICM chop.
Steve Hwang (1st – $5,250), Lorraine Widener (2nd – $3,585), Christopher Bess (3rd – $2,354) and Stuart Dunlop (4th – $1,723) topped the payout ladder.
Monday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (October 16)
The Monday Bounty event drew 39 runners, with the final three agreeing to an ICM chop.
The top three included Kevin Burgess (1st – $776), Jesse Scanlan (2nd – $513) and Brandon Jordan (3rd – $501).
Wednesday $5K Guaranteed PLO Texas Freeroll (October 18)
The Wednesday Texas PLO Freeroll ended with a seven-way ICM deal.
That list included James Key (1st – $1,406), who took home the biggest share of the prize money per the terms of the deal.
Other big winners included Connie Sarmiento (2nd – $1,254), Alisa Stansbury (3rd – $1,254), Julio Borrego (4th – $1,234). Agustin Cabrera Jaramillo (5th – $1,224), Kenneth Rogers (6th – $1,204) and Daniel Marin (7th – $1,204).
Thursday $1K Guaranteed NLH (October 19)
A total of 54 players entered the Thursday $1K Guaranteed NLH event, and the tournament played to an outright winner.
Fabian Bump (1st – $1,000) topped the field for the win. Other top three finishers included Kiran Desai (2nd – $841) and Brandon Hulsey (3rd – $461).
Thursday $7.5K Guaranteed “The Dirty Thirty Freeroll” (October 19)
The weekly Dirty Thirty Texas Freeroll played down to a five-way ICM deal.
The top finishers included Mark Miller (1st – $2,015), William Cox (2nd – $1,836), Andrew Stock (3rd – $1,541), Raymond Lee (4th – $1,276) and Ryan Schroeder (5th – $1,152).
Friday $2K Guaranteed Bounty (October 20)
Friday’s weekly $2K Guaranteed Bounty event saw 50 entries compete, and the final two agreed to an ICM chop.
Benton Drake (1st – $844), and Steve Hwang (2nd – $843) took the top two payout spots.
Gerald Foreman (3rd – $388) finished third.
Friday $4K Guaranteed Freezeout (October 20)
Friday’s $4K Guaranteed Freezeout finished with an outright winner.
Fady Aziz took down the tournament and the first-place prize of $2,738. Terry Morales (2nd – $1,696) and Joshua Seiber (3rd – $1,194) rounded out the top three.
Sunday Big Bet Bounty NLH/PLO (October 22)
The weekly mixed NLH/PLO Big Bet Bounty event saw 20 players compete.
The top finishers included Kevin Burgess (1st – $700), Edward Soto (2nd – $588), and Michael Matthew (3rd – $322).
