TheLodgePokerClub.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranties. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. We do not cover manufacturer warranties and returns will be accepted at our discretion.
Note: We do NOT offer refunds or returns on shipped items. We do NOT offer international sales
Please Note: Orders can no longer be canceled once the package has been shipped and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs if the package is refused and returned to us. We will refund the cost of the order less any applied discounts and shipping costs once we receive the returned order. Please allow 5 – 7 days processing time once the order is received by us.
Note: TheLodgePokerClub reserves the right to cancel and refund your order without notice. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy on credit card fraud. If you chargeback an order that has shown to be delivered, we will not allow you to purchase from our site in the future.
Shipping and Delivery
TheLodgePokerClub.com, LLC is not responsible for delayed, misdelivered, or stolen packages or delays caused by natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic. Once your order is scanned by USPS or any other delivery agents it is under the sole care and control of USPS, or any other agents to safely deliver the package to the purchaser or assigned recipient as assigned to in the shipping address. TheLodgePokerClub.com TheLodgePokerClub.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by the purchaser.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of placing the order and additional shipping costs will apply on all orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information. Ownership of packages accepted by USPS transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages, or misdelivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you do not agree to this policy you will not be able to complete a purchase as the terms & conditions box must be checked. There will be NO exceptions to this policy. We make every effort to ensure all orders placed during the week are shipped within 24 – 48 hours. We ship Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays. All orders placed between Friday evening through Sunday Will be shipped the following Monday, excluding postal holidays and natural disasters. We are not responsible for USPS delivery times. You will need to contact them regarding delayed delivery and possible compensation. Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible once the item has been shipped.
