RATES: Standard Rental Package starts at $1995

DELIVERABLES: The Lodge Card Club; “Lodge”; agrees to provide a produced 90-minute poker show for the Client’s personal use. The show will be available via an unlisted YouTube link as well as a file recording on a USB flash drive. The show will have standard Lodge graphics, live commentary, full use of all cameras, and 2 area microphones. Administrative processes and setup/tear down are included in the standard rental fee.

In addition to the show, the Client will be given the following:

• One-year membership to Lodge for all participants not already a member
• Opportunity for one participant to help commentate
• 25% off of all Lodge merchandise day of the event

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

To confirm and hold a reservation, all rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in the following charges:

All refunds will be made by company check once the Client’s payments and deposits have cleared.

If Lodge must cancel a reservation, the Client will be given, in Lodge’s sole discretion, either rescheduling priority or a full refund.

DAMAGE

Client shall be solely responsible for any damage to Lodge’s property or equipment that occurs during the time Client or his party occupies the studio. Client agrees to pay reasonable additional repair or replacement costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition.

STUDIO RULES

• No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the building or within 20 feet
  of any entrance.
• Food and drink are not allowed on the table.
• Vaping is not allowed in The Lodge.
• No unsupervised access to production rooms.
• No pets allowed without prior consent of a Company representative.
• Maximum of eight people allowed on the table. Ask ahead if you have
  a larger group. Custom package may be required.
