New year, new daily/nightly tournament schedule!
If you’re a fan of The Lodge Card Club’s usual tournaments, don’t worry. You won’t notice a huge difference between the new schedule and the previous one…
…but you will notice some great improvements courtesy of our tournament director Anthony Chester.
Here is a list of all changes (which go into effect on January 1st, 2023):
1. The New “Daily Kickoff” Runs Every Day at 10:15AM
Grab a cup of coffee at The Lodge and hop in this $50 buy-in tournament that runs every single day.
Check out the structure sheet here.
2. New $1K GTD Tournament on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15PM
This new tournament is very similar to the previous one that ran on the same days at the same time.
The main difference is the starting stack, which has been reduced from 350 big blinds to 250 big blinds to increase the pace of this tournament. It simply took too long before.
The buy-in is still $80. The guarantee is still $1K.

3. $2K GTD Bounty Tournament Now Runs Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:15PM
This $100 buy-in bounty tournament previously ran only on Mondays at 12:15PM, but it will now run on Wednesdays and Fridays as well (replacing a Freezeout tournament).
Check out the structure sheet here.
4. The Wednesday Evening PLO Freeroll is Now a $5K GTD Tournament (Up from $4K)
Not much to say here, just a 20% bump for a tournament that’s been growing in popularity.

5. New $10K GTD Black Chip Bounty Tournament Will Run on Select Saturdays at 12:15PM
We often have special events running on Saturdays, but there were a handful of weekends in 2022 in which nothing special was going on.
The new $10K GTD Black Chip Bounty is meant to make even more weekends “special” for our members.
The $300 buy-in tournament places a $100 (black chip) bounty on each player’s head. Knock a player out and you keep their black chip. Get knocked out and surrender your black chip (but keep all the ones you won).
The first $10K GTD Black Chip Bounty is scheduled to run on March 25th, 2023.
Check out the structure sheet here.
That’s it!
