⦁ TDA rules apply to all poker tournaments at The Lodge Card Club.
⦁ Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate.
⦁ Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of every two (2) hours of play.
⦁ Management reserves the right to cancel or change the tournament.
⦁ By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners.
⦁ Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).
⦁ For the $300 buy-in, players start with 25,000 in chips. Each level is 30 minutes.
⦁ Day 1 will be completed when the payouts have been reached ~12% of the starting field
⦁ Day 2 will be at 12:00pm on 4/21/2024
⦁ $148 of the $300 buy-in will be withheld for the total prize pool. $100 of the $300 buy-in will be withheld for the bounty pool. $52 of $300 Buy-In will be withheld as fees.
⦁ In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will be having to be made in cash.
⦁ AT THE COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION ALL MYSTERY BOUNTIES WILL BE IN PLAY.
⦁ MYSTERY BOUNTIES WILL CONSIST OF MONETARY VALUE, TOURNAMENT ADVANTAGES AND TOURNAMENT PENALTIES.
⦁ NOT ALL MONETARY, ADVANTAGE AND PENALTIY BOUNTIES WILL BE IN PLAY DURING DAY 1. 5% OF THE BOUNTY POOL COLLECTED WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON DAY 1.
⦁ DAY 2 WILL HAVE ALL POSSIBLE MONETARY, ADVANTAGE AND PENALTY BOUNTIES IN PLAY

⦁ ADD 5 ROUNDS OF BLINDS TO YOUR CURRENT STACK
⦁ SEAT/TABLE CHANGE – CAN BE PLAYED AT ANYTIME. WHEN PLAYER CHOOSES TO PLAY THIS ADVANTAGE, THEY HAVE 30 SECONDS TO CHOOSE THEIR NEW SEAT
⦁ IMMUNITY – CAN VOID A HAND AT ANYTIME YOU ARE INVOLVED IN.
⦁ RESPAWN – IF ELIMINATED YOU GET BACK IN FOR AN AVERAGE
⦁ STEAL THE BUTTON (MUST DECLARE AT THE COMPLETION OF THE CURRENT HAND)
⦁ TICKET TO THE FT
⦁ IF DRAWN WITH MORE THAN 9 PLAYERS REMAINING THE PLAYER WILL RETURN TO THE FT WITH AN AVERAGE STACK AS THE NINETH PLAYER
⦁ IF DRAWN WITH MORE THAN 9 PLAYERS, THE PLAYER MAY CHOOSE TO FINISH THE CURRENT LEVEL OR CHOOSE TO PICK UP THEN AND THERE.
⦁ IF DRAWN WITH 9 OR LESS PLAYERS, THE PLAYER WILL ADD THE AVERAGE AMOUNT TO THEIR STACK.
⦁ TOURNAMENT PENALTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING PENALTIES
⦁ PAY A “NIT” TAX – “NIT” TAX IS EQUAL TO 3 ROUNDS OF BLINDS AND ANTES IN THE NEXT HAND PLAYED AS A SPLASH POT
⦁ 1 ORBIT PENALTY
⦁ NOT PERMITTED TO PLAY YOUR BUTTON FOR A LEVEL
⦁ LOSE HALF YOUR STACK ROUNDED DOWN TO THE LOWEST CHIP IN PLAY.
⦁ NO RAISING FOR AN ORBIT
⦁ SURRENDER ALL MONETARY BOUNTIES COLLECTED TO THE PRIZE POOL.
⦁ ALL ADVANTAGE/PENALTY CARDS DRAW MUST STAY VISIBLE ON THE TABLE AT ALL TIMES SO PLAYERS AT THE TABLE KNOW WHAT ADVANTAGES/PENALTIES ARE POSSIBLY IN PLAY AT ALL TIMES.
⦁ NOT DISPLAYING THE CARD COULD END UP IN ADDITIONAL PENALTIES OR FORFEITURE OF ADVANTAGES.
⦁ Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the nineth (9) level.
⦁ The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.
⦁ All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.
