  1. TDA rules apply to all poker tournaments at The Lodge Card Club.  
  2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate. 
  3. After registration closes, there is a 15 minute break every 2 hours.  
  4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change the tournament.  
  5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners. 
  6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).  
  7. For the $150 buy-in, players start with 40,000 in chips. Each level is 20 minutes. 
  8. $117 of the $150 buy-in will be withheld for the total prize pool. $33 of $150 Buy-In will be withheld as fees. 
  9. $100 Rebuys per player for 40,000 in chips are available during registration.  Players can rebuy individually if their partner is still in.  
  10.  At the end of registration, there will be a $100 add-on for 40,000 in chips available to all players.  Players who do the add-on will be able to do a $10 DA for 10,000 in chips 
  11. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will be having to be made in cash. 
  12. Late Entry and Rebuys will be allowed until the beginning of the tenth (10) level.  
  13. The Tournament Director will call “Switch” at random times.  At that time, the action will immediately pause across the room no matter where they are in the hand and all players will have 30 seconds to switch with their partner and continue the hand.  Players can discuss the hand during that time.  
  14. No teammates will be allowed on the same table.  If you and your teammate both make the final table, you will combine stacks and one player will be considered busted and earn 9th place money.  
  15. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.  
  16. A total prize pool of $20,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club.  
  17. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.

TOURNAMENT RULES

Cancellation/Modification Policy for Tournaments

1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather, management may modify or cancel any scheduled poker tournament (including those with guarantees).

2. In the event a tournament has 0 registrants at the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

3. In the event a tournament has fewer than 4 players 15 minutes after the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

LIVE STREAM NOTICE

All tournaments at Lodge Card Club are subject to being broadcast on the live stream.

No electronics are permitted in the studio without explicit permission from the tournament director or the producer. This includes but is not limited to: cellular phones, headphones, earbuds, and smart watches.

Personal effects for the players on the livestream should be stored in the personal lockers available.
