  1. TDA rules apply to all poker tournaments at The Lodge Card Club.
  2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate.
  3. Management reserves the right to cancel or change the tournament.
  4. Fifteen minute break after the completion of 2 hours of play.
  5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners.
  6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).
  7. For the $100 buy-in, players start with 35,000 in chips. Each level is 20 minutes.
  8. $76 of the $100 buy-in will be withheld for the total prize pool. $24 of $100 Buy-In will be withheld as fees.
  9. A $50 rebuy for 35,000 in tournament chips will be available to all players that are at 35,000 in tournament chips or less during the registration period. A $10 D/A for 10,000 in tournament chips is available for all players that do a rebuy
  10. If a player rebuys immediately at start before seeing a hand, they are eligible for a $10 DA for 10,000 in chips.
  11. If a player goes busted, they are able to double rebuy for $100 and receive 70,000 in chips. They are eligible for a $10 DA for 10,000 in chips only if they double rebuy.
  12. At the end of registration and regardless of current chip stack players will be permitted a single $50 add-on for 35,000 in tournament chips or a double $50 add-on for 70,000 in tournament chips. If the player takes the double addon a $10 D/A option for 10,000 in tournament chips is available.
  13. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will be having to be made in cash.
  14. Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the tenth (10) level.
  15. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.
  16. A total prize pool of $15,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club.
  17. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.

TOURNAMENT RULES

Cancellation/Modification Policy for Tournaments

1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather, management may modify or cancel any scheduled poker tournament (including those with guarantees).

2. In the event a tournament has 0 registrants at the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

3. In the event a tournament has fewer than 4 players 15 minutes after the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

LIVE STREAM NOTICE

All tournaments at Lodge Card Club are subject to being broadcast on the live stream.

No electronics are permitted in the studio without explicit permission from the tournament director or the producer. This includes but is not limited to: cellular phones, headphones, earbuds, and smart watches.

Personal effects for the players on the livestream should be stored in the personal lockers available.
