  1. TDA rules apply to all Lodge Card Club poker tournaments.
  2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate.
  3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of every two (2) hours of play.
  4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change tournament.
  5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club and permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners.
  6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).
  7. $150 Buy-In Start with 40,000 in chips.
  8. At any time during registration a player can purchase a single addon of 40,000 chips for $100. Players that do the add-on will be permitted a $10 D/A for 10,000 in tournament chips.
  9. $35 of $150 Buy-In will be withheld for Entry Fee. $115 of the $150 Buy In will be withheld for the total prize pool. All add-on money collected goes toward the overall prize pool.
  10. Each Day 1 level is 30 minutes, except for the 9:15 pm “turbo” flight which will have 15-minute levels and the 9:15 am “super turbo” flight which has 10-minute levels.
  11. Each Day 2 level is 40 minutes.
  12. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will be having to be made in cash.
  13. Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the nineth (9) level.

  15. All players that reach day 2 will be in the money.
  16. Day 2 will start at 2:15 pm.
  17. Players may bag multiple day 1 flights. Players will carry their highest bag forward. Any additional bags will receive a bonus of $400.
  18. All day 1 and bonus payouts are a part of the overall prize pool.
  19. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.
  20. A total prize pool of $100,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club.
  21. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.

TOURNAMENT RULES

Cancellation/Modification Policy for Tournaments

1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather, management may modify or cancel any scheduled poker tournament (including those with guarantees).

2. In the event a tournament has 0 registrants at the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

3. In the event a tournament has fewer than 4 players 15 minutes after the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

LIVE STREAM NOTICE

All tournaments at Lodge Card Club are subject to being broadcast on the live stream.

No electronics are permitted in the studio without explicit permission from the tournament director or the producer. This includes but is not limited to: cellular phones, headphones, earbuds, and smart watches.

Personal effects for the players on the livestream should be stored in the personal lockers available.
