  1. TDA rules apply to all of The Lodge Card Club poker tournaments. 
  2. Must be 18+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate. 
  3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of the first seven (7) levels to color up the 100 unit chips. Twelve (12) minute break after level 12 to close registration, then every 2 hours after that 
  4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change tournament. 
  5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners 
  6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount). 
  7. $50 buy-in players will start with 20,000 in chips. Each level is 15 minutes. 
  8. Rebuys are permitted when a player is at 20,000 in tournament chips or lower. A minimum of 15,000 in tournament chips may be purchased for $20 up to a maximum of 75,000 in tournament chips for $100. If a player does a max rebuy they can get a 10,000 chip bonus for $10 to the dealers. 
  9. At the break a minimum addon of 15,000 tournament chips for $20 and a maximum addon of 75,000 chips for $100. If a player does a max addon a 10,000 chip bonus is available for $10 to the dealers. 
  10. For every $100 collected $60 will go to the Payout Prize Pool and $40 will go to the Bounty Prize Pool. 
  11. Bounties come into play once registration closes. When a player knocks out another player after registration closes, they draw an envelope containing a random prize, advantage, or penalty. 
  12. The bounty amounts will be as follows but not limited to: 
    1. $1,000 
    2. $750 
    3. $500 
    4. $400 
    5. $250 
    6. $200 
    7. $100 
  13. THE TOURNAMENT ADVANTAGES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ADVANTAGES: 
    1. ADD 10% CHIPS TO YOUR CURRENT STACK 
    2. RESPAWN – IF ELIMINATED YOU GET BACK IN FOR AN AVERAGE STACK 
    3. STEAL THE BUTTON (MUST DECLARE AT THE COMPLETION OF THE CURRENT HAND) 
    4. NEW RIVER CARD- BEFORE ANY ACTION ON THE RIVER CARD, PLAYER HAS OPTION TO REPLACE THE RIVER CARD. DEALER WILL BURN AND BRING A NEW RIVER  
    5. NEVER PAY A SMALL BLIND THE REST OF THE TOURNAMENT 
    6. RUN IT TWICE. IF A PLAYER IS ALL-IN, THEY HAVE THE OPTION TO RUN IT TWICE 
    7. SKIP THE NEXT ANTE 
    8. PAY SMALL BLIND PRICE FOR THE NEXT BIG BLIND AND ANTE. 
    9. TICKET TO THE FT 
    10. IF DRAWN WITH MORE THAN 9 PLAYERS REMAINING THE PLAYER WILL RETURN TO THE FT WITH AN AVERAGE STACK AS THE NINTH PLAYER 
    11. IF DRAWN WITH 9 OR LESS PLAYERS, THE PLAYER WILL ADD THE AVERAGE AMOUNT TO THEIR STACK 
  14. TOURNAMENT PENALTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING PENALTIES 
    1. PAY DOUBLE THE ANTE NEXT BIG BLIND 
    2. LOSE 10% OF YOUR STACK 
    3. 3 HAND SIT OUT  
    4. ALL THE ADVANTAGE/PENALTY CARDS DRAWN MUST STAY VISIBLE ON THE TABLE AT ALL TIMES. 
    5. NOT DISPLAYING ANY ADVANTAGE/PENALTY CARDS COULD INCUR ADDITIONAL PENALTIES OR FORFEITURE OF ADVANTAGES. 
  15. Late Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the thirteenth (13th) level. 
  16. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will have to be made in cash. 
  17. Tournament pays 1 in every 8 players. Example: 1-8 players pays one spot. 9-16 pays two spots. 17-24 pays three spots.
  18. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament. 
  19. A total prize pool of $10,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club. 
  20. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.

TOURNAMENT RULES

Cancellation/Modification Policy for Tournaments

1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather, management may modify or cancel any scheduled poker tournament (including those with guarantees).

2. In the event a tournament has 0 registrants at the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

3. In the event a tournament has fewer than 4 players 15 minutes after the posted start time, management may elect to cancel the tournament.

LIVE STREAM NOTICE

All tournaments at Lodge Card Club are subject to being broadcast on the live stream.

No electronics are permitted in the studio without explicit permission from the tournament director or the producer. This includes but is not limited to: cellular phones, headphones, earbuds, and smart watches.

Personal effects for the players on the livestream should be stored in the personal lockers available.
