1. TDA rules apply to all of The Lodge Card Club poker tournaments. 
2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate.
3. Fifteen (15) minute break after the completion of 2 hours of play. No dinner break on Day 1’s
4. Day 1 Flights will conclude and players will bag based when the money bubble bursts (based on Lodge Card Club standard payout structure).
5. Day 2 will conclude at eight (8) players.There will be a 60 minute dinner break on the second break.
6. Day 3 will play to completion. The Final Table will be streamed on The Lodge Live YouTube Channel
7. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, including but not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners.
8. Management reserves the right to cancel or change tournament. 
9. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount). 
10. $1,200 Buy-In start with 50,000 in chips. Each level on Day 1 are 30 minutes. Each level on Day 2 are 40 minutes. Each level on Day 3 to completion will be 60 minutes.
11. $135 of the $1,200 buy-in will be held for Entry Fees. $1,065 of the $1,200 buy-in will be held for the Prize Pool.
12. Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the thirteenth (13) level.
13. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players are responsible for all fees related to any tournament at The Lodge Card Club.
14. Players may play multiple flights. A player will carry forward their largest bag if they bag multiple Day 1 flights for Day 2.
15. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament. 
16. A total prize pool of $1,000,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club. 
17. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.

15 MINUTE BLIND LEVELS

1. TDA rules apply to all of The Lodge Card Club poker tournaments.
2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate.
3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of the first eight (8) levels. Twelve (12) minute break at the completion of every two (2) hours of play after the first break.
4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change tournament.
5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners
6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).
7. $30 buy-in players will start with 15,000 in chips. Each level is 15 minutes.
8. Rebuys are permitted when a player is at 15,000 in tournament chips or lower. A minimum of 10,000 in tournament chips may be purchased for $20 up to a maximum of 50,000 in tournament chips for $100. If a player does a max rebuy they can get a 5,000 chip bonus for $5 to the dealers.
9. At the break a minimum addon of 10,000 tournament chips for $20 and a maximum addon of 50,000 chips for $100. If a player does a max addon a 10,000 chip bonus is available for $10 to the dealers
10. Late Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the ninth (9) level.
11. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will have to be made in cash.
12. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.
13. For every $1,200 collected in the prize pool, a ticket to the $1,200 buy-in Mayhem Poker Series Main Event will be awarded as a prize. 
14. Any amount in the prize pool that does not equal $1,200 for a “Mayhem Poker Series Main Event Seat” will be paid as a cash prize.

MILESTONE SATELLITE TO $1M GTD MAIN EVENT

$150 Buy-In 

1. TDA rules apply to all of The Lodge Card Club poker tournaments.  
2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate. 
3. Management reserves the right to cancel or change tournament.  
4. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Poker Club permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners 
5. Winners will be paid in Tournament Entry Lammers. 
6. For the $150 buyin players will begin with 15,000 in tournament chips.  
7. $30 of the $150 buy in will be withheld for Fees. $120 of the $150 buy in will be withheld for the prize pool. Each level is 15 minutes. 
8. Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the nineth (9) level.  
9. For every $1,200 collected in the prize pool, a ticket to the $1,200 buy-in Mayhem Poker Series Main Event will be awarded as a prize.
10. The milestone is achieved when a player accumulates 150,000 in chips or more.
11. When a player accumulates 150,000 chips or more, their chips will be removed from play and the player will automatically be given a Mayhem Main Event seat.
12. It is the players responsibility to alert the floor when they accumulate 150,000 or more in chips.
13. Any amount in the prize pool that does not equal $1,200 for a “Mayhem Poker Series Main Event Seat” will be paid as a cash prize.

15. For every additional bag that a player achieves for a day 1 flight that is not carried forward the player will be paid $700 from the overall prize pool.
