3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of every two (2) hours of play.
4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change tournament.
5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club and permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners.
6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).
7. $400 Buy-In Start with 25,000 in chips.
8. Each Day 1 level is 30 minutes, except for all 9pm “turbo” flights which will have 15-minute levels.
9. The Super Turbo flight on 4/28 will have 10-minute levels
10. Each Day 2 Level is 40 minutes.
11. $66 of $400 Buy-In will be withheld for Entry Fee and Staff Fee. $334 of the $400 Buy In will be withheld for the total prize pool.
12. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will be having to be made in cash.
13. Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the ninth (9) level.
14. Day 1 Flights Payouts will start when 12% of the starting field has been reached and will be the following structure
    1. 12% – 11% = $500
    2. 10% – 9% = $600
15. Day 1 flights will conclude when 8% of the starting field is reached.
16. All players that reach day 2 will be in the money. Day 2 will start at 1pm.
17. Day 2 payouts will be based on the remaining prize pool collected after Day 1 payouts and bonuses are distributed.
18. Players may bag multiple day 1 flights. Players will carry their highest valued bag forward to day 2. Any additional bags beyond the top bag will receive a bonus of $800. If a player bags two or more times, they only receive the $800 bonus per extra bag. 
19. All day 1 and bonus payouts are a part of the overall prize pool.
20. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.
21. A total prize pool of $500,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club.
22. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.

Event #2 – PLO

15. The minimum post flop bet amount will be equivalent to the pre-flop ante.

30 MINUTE BLIND LEVELS 

1. TDA rules apply to all poker tournaments at The Lodge Card Club.  
2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate. 
3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of every two (2) hours of play.  
4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change the tournament.  
5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners. 
6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).  
7. For the $1,000 buy-in, players start with 30,000 in chips. Each level is 30 minutes. 
8. $885 of the $1,000 buy-in will be withheld for the total prize pool. $115 of $1,000 Buy-In will be withheld as fees.  
9. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will be having to be made in cash. 
10. For every orbit of games played the players with the game pick button will choose the next game to be played

14. The $20,000 prize pool is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club. 
15. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.
