1. TDA rules apply to all of The Lodge Card Club poker tournaments.  
2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate. 
3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of every four (4) levels.  
4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change the tournament.  
5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge and permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge and its partners 
6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).  
7. $500 Buy-In Start with 40,000 in chips. 
8. Each Day 1 level is 30 minutes. All Turbo flights are 15 minute levels.
9. Each Day 2 level is 40 minutes 
10. $75 of $500 Buy-In will be withheld for Fees. $425 of the $500 Buy In will be withheld for the total prize pool.  
11. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will have to be made in cash. 
12. Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the ninth (9) level.  
13. Day 1 Flights Payouts will start when 12% of the starting field rounded down has been reached and will be the following structure
    1. 12% – 11% = $650
    2. 10% – 9% = $850
14. Day 1 Flights will conclude when 8% of the remaining Flights starting field has been reached.
15. All players that reach day 2 will be in the money. Day 2 will start at 1pm 
16. Day 2 payouts will be based on the combined Day 1 starting fields minus any double bag bonuses (see lines 15 and 16).
17. Players may bag multiple day 1 flights. Players will carry their highest value bag forward to day 2. 
18. For every additional bag that a player achieves from a day 1 flight that is not carried forward the player will be paid $850 from the overall prize pool. 
19. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament. 
20. A total prize pool of $500,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club.  
21. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.
