  1. TDA rules apply to all poker tournaments at The Lodge Card Club. 
  2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate.
  3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of every two (2) hours of play. 
  4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change the tournament. 
  5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners.
  6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount). 
  7. For the $200 buy-in, players start with 20,000 in chips. 
  8. Each level is 30 minutes.
  9. $160 of the $200 buy-in will be withheld for the total prize pool. $40 of $200 Buy-In will be withheld as fees. 
  10. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will be having to be made in cash.

  2. WHEN 10 PLAYERS ARE AT THE TABEL AS A 1ST COME 1ST SERVE BASIS THE FLIP WILL BE DONE.
    1. THE WINNER WILL BE THE ONE PLAYER WITH THE BEST PLO HAND
  3. FOR ONE (1) HOUR FLIPS WILL BE DONE TO DETERMINE THE PLAYERS TO FLIP FOR THE FINAL TABLE.
  4. PLAYERS REMAINING AFTER THE INITIAL HOUR OF FLIPS WILL CONTINUE TO FLIP TO DETERMINE THE FINAL 9 PLAYERS.
    1. PLAYERS WILL BE SPLIT EQUALLY BY RANDOM DRAW VIA THE POKER ATLAS SYSTEM AND FLIP AT THEIR RESPECTIVE TABLE
    2. ONCE 10 PLAYERS REMAINS THE TABLES WILL BE COMBINED AND FLIPS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL 9 PLAYERS HAVE WON A FLIP TO DETERMINE THE FINAL 9.
    3. PLAYERS WHO DO NOT WIN A FLIP TO FINAL 9 WILL RECEIVE A MIN CASH OF $300
  5. ONCE THE FINAL 9 HAVE BEEN DETERMINED THE PLAYERS WILL PLAY A STANDARD SIT N GO TO DETERMINE A WINNER

  2. AN EVEN NUMBER OF PLAYERS MUST ENTER.
    1. IF AN ODD AMOUNT OF PLAYERS ARE REGISTERED BY 3:30PM ON 2/4/2024 THEN REGISTRATION WILL STAY OPEN UNTIL ONE (1) PLAYER IS REGISTERED
  3. PLAYERS WILL BE REGISTERED ALTERNATING BETWEEN THE RED AND GREEN TOURNAMENTS
  4. ONCE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED THEN AT RANDOM NAME FROM BOTH THE RED AND GREEN TOURNAMENTS WILL BE SELECTED TO BE TEAMMATES
  5. ONCE ALL TEAMMATES HAVE BEEN SELECTED THE TOURNAMENT WILL BEGIN AS NORMAL WITH THE RED AND GREEN PLAYERS PLAYING INDIVIDUAL STACKS FOR THE FIRST FOUR (4) LEVELS. AT THE START OF LEVEL FIVE (5) STACKS WILL BE COMBINED
    1. If during the first four (4) level a teammate is busted that teammate may enter if they choose to. Teammates remain the same throughout the tournament.
    2. There will be no late registration for any players not present and registered by 3:30pm
    3. Only re-entry for existing teams will be permitted.
    4. Either all red players or all green players start at one time at the beginning of level five (5). That will be chosen prior to the start of the level.
  6. PLAYER WILL SWITCH EVERY LEVEL AFTER STACKS HAVE BEEN COMBINED.

  2. THE GAME PLAYED WILL BE NO LIMIT HOLD’EM
  3. WHEN A PLAYER WINS A HAND REGARDLESS OF WHAT ROUND OF BETTING IT OCCURS ON (Pre-flop, Flop, Turn or River) AND THE PLAYERS SHOWS BOTH OF THEIR CARDS THEY WILL TURN IN THEIR “NIT” PLAQUE TO THE DEALER
  4. IF A PLAYER WINNING THE HAND DOES NOT SHOW THEIR CARDS THEY MUST KEEP THEIR “NIT’ PLAQUE
  5. THE LAST PLAYER HOLDING THEIR “NIT” PLAQUE MUST PAY THE “NIT TAX”
    1. THE “NIT TAX” WILL BE IN THE FORM OF 3 COMPLETE ROUNDS (SMALL, BIG BLIND AND BIG BLIND ANTE) OF BLINDS AT THE CURRENT LEVEL PLACED IN THE POT OF THE NEXT HAND.
    2. IF THE “NIT TAX’ PUTS A PLAYER ALL-IN THEY WILL STILL RECEIVE A HAND, BUT ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR THE “DEAD MONEY” (“NIT TAX” AND “BIG BLIND ANTE”)
  6. ONCE THAT CURRENT ROUND OF “NIT” HAS BEEN COMPLETED THE DEALER WILL PASS OUT THE “NIT” PLAQUES TO ALL PLAYERS AT THE TABLE
  7. WHEN A TABLE BREAKS AND TABLES ARE COMBINED PLAYERS THAT STILL HAVE A “NIT” PLAQUE MUST TAKE THE PLAQUE TO THEIR NEW TABLE.
  8. IF A PLAYER FROM A BROKEN TABLE DOES NOT HAVE A “NIT” PLAQUE THEY WILL
    1. NOT GET A “NIT” PLAQUE UNTIL THE NEW ROUND STARTS OR
    2. GET A “NIT” PLAQUE IF A NEW ROUND HAS STARTED AT THE NEW TABLE AND A HAND HAS NOT BEEN DEALT TO START THAT ROUND
  9. PLAYERS MUST HAVE BEEN DEALT INTO A TABLE TO BE SUBJECT TO THE “NIT” TAX.
