1. TDA rules apply to all Lodge Card Club poker tournaments.
2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate.
3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of every two (2) hours of play.
4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change tournament.
5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club and permission to use their likeness in any and all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners.
6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).
7. $400 Buy-In Start with 30,000 in chips.
8. Each Day 1 level is 30 minutes for standard flights. All 9pm “turbo” flights will have 15-minute levels. The 9:15AM Sunday Super Turbo flight will have 10-minute levels.
9. Each Day 2 and Day 3 level is 40 minutes.
10. $66 of $400 Buy-In will be withheld for Entry Fee and Staff Fee. $334 of the $400 Buy In will be withheld for the total prize pool.
11. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will be having to be made in cash.
12. Late Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the ninth (9) level.
13. Day 1 Flights Payouts will start when 12% of the starting field has been reached and will be the following structure
    1. 12% – 11% = $500
    2. 10% – 9% = $600
    3. 8% – 6% = $700
14. Day 1 flights will conclude when 5% of the starting field is reached.
15. All players that reach day 2 will be in the money. Day 2 will start at 1pm.
16. Day 2 will conclude when the final 8 players have been reached.
17. Day 3 will start at 2pm as a part of The Lodge Live Stream.
18. Day 2 payouts will be based on the remaining prize pool collected after Day 1 payouts and bonuses are distributed.
19. Players may bag multiple day 1 flights. Players will carry their two (2) highest value bags combined forward to day 2. Any additional bags beyond the top two (2) combined bags will receive a bonus of $1,000. If a player bags three or more times, they only receive the $1,000 bonus per extra bag.
20. The overall chip leader to start Day 2 will receive a bonus of $5,000.
21. All day 1 and bonus payouts are a part of the overall prize pool.
22. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.
23. A total prize pool of $1,000,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club.
24. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.
