1. TDA rules apply to all of The Lodge Card Club poker tournaments.
2. Must be 21+ years of age and have an active club membership to participate.
3. Fifteen (15) minute break at the completion of the first eight (8) levels. Twelve (12) minute break at the completion of every two (2) hours of play after the first break.
4. Management reserves the right to cancel or change tournament.
5. By playing in any poker tournament held at The Lodge Card Club, players give The Lodge Card Club permission to use their likeness in all marketing material, not limited to all social media platforms utilized by The Lodge Card Club and its partners
6. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).
7. $0 buy-in players will start with 20,000 in chips.
8. Each Day 1 level is 15 minutes. Each Day 2 level is 30 Minutes.
9. Rebuys are permitted when a player runs out of chips. $200 will get the player 20,000 in tournament chips.
10. For every $200 rebuy collected, $100 will go to the overall Prize Pool and $100 will go to Staff.
11. When $100,000 has been collected for the overall prize pool (1000 total rebuys), then all subsequent rebuys collected will go to the overall prize pool in their entirety.
12. Lodge Card Club will take no club fees for this tournament.
13. Late Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the ninth (9) level.
14. Day 1 Flights Payouts will start when 12% of the starting field has been reached and will be the following structure
    1. 12% – 11% = $100
    2. 10% – 8% = $125
    3. 7% – 6% = $150
15. Day 1 flights will conclude when 5% of the starting field is reached.
16. A player may only “bag” a stack for day 2 once. If a player registers a starting flight after already bagging a stack in a previous flight, that player will forfeit their second stack and will not be refunded for any rebuys.
17. All players that reach day 2 will be in the money.
18. Day 2 will start at 1pm.
19. Day 2 payouts will be based on the remaining prize pool collected after Day 1 payouts and bonuses are distributed.
20. In the event a Player has won a buy-in or a satellite that rewarded “Tournament Entry Lammers”, players may use the lammers in increments of $100 and odd value will have to be made in cash.
21. The tournament prize pool disbursement, as set forth herein, may be modified upon unanimous written agreement of management and all tournament players still involved in the tournament.
22. A total prize pool of $100,000 is guaranteed by The Lodge Card Club.
23. All pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event.
